Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mantini Motors ("Mantini Motors," "we," "us," or "our") website, the MBK-1 3D configurator, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, saving a build, or checking the consent box at the save step, you agree to these Terms.

Building and saving a configuration

The configurator lets you design an MBK-1 and save it as a "build," which we store and identify with a build code so you (or anyone you share the code or link with) can reopen it later. Prices shown in the configurator are estimates for the options you select and are not an offer or a final quote. Final pricing, availability, taxes, shipping, and any deposit or order terms are confirmed at checkout before any payment is taken. Every custom build is also governed by our Build Agreement, which you sign in My Garage.

Marketing emails and your consent

By checking the consent box when you save a build, you agree to these Terms of Service and consent to receive commercial electronic messages (emails) from Mantini Motors about the build you created and related products, services, and offers. These emails may include a preview image of the build you designed.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us through our Contact page. We will action unsubscribe requests promptly. We keep a record of your consent, including the date and time you provided it, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Providing marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing a product from us. Transactional messages you request (such as your build code or order confirmations) are sent separately from marketing emails.

Your information

The name and email address you provide are used to send you the content you requested and, where you have consented, marketing emails. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the 3D models, designs, images, text, and software, are owned by Mantini Motors or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the configurator and share your build code and preview for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Renderings are for illustration and may differ from the final product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantini Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
